I have an ENTIRE M3 brake setup for sale, including the front and rear parts.
It will include front spindles, calipers, brackets, rotors pads.
I also have the rear seat up available, calipers, rotors, pads, brackets.

As much press ups as i can then i grab my dumbbells and do dumbbell flys with no rest.
Then i do a few dumbbell pullovers X3, Bench press X3
Bent over rows X3
Dumbbell Rows X3
I do this on a Monday would this be called hardcore training if i do this twice in a row? Thanks im 16 years old been working out for 2 years now.
Me- Im short I am a PG also im name is Zach V and a very good shooter.
Zach D- He is almost 5 foot and plays SG the best shooter on the team.
Matt P- He is tall and plays C pretty good down low at rebounding and shooting.
Garrett D- Also tall good down low plays PF or C and a good big guy shooter.
also whats the best head available? i have a stiffy but its all bent up already :/

i give it a 4 there were some impressive moments but it was basicaly the same stuff we saw before on this new strain of ecw "trash can shots kendo shots and crutch shots"
